Support --format json for all methods

It'd be rly nice if clairctl supported --format json for all endpoints.

so like:

clairctl health --format json

Then I could do more sensible things programatically.

If I get time I'll take a look at this issue but i'm logging it here incase anyone else fancies picking it up before me.

Thanks for opening this. This is definitely something that would help setting up automated checks in a pipeline.
