Discard Pull command

Currently, the pull command is not Relevant.

I proposed to discard it and maybe add a check command to validate docker and Clair connection, but not sure

What was that pull command originally intended for ? I must say I never found a use for it.

Is it just fetching the manifest ? If so then clairctl fetch sounds good to me.

Originally it was for testing connection from docker hub. So development purpose
