We'd need the license that applies to the icons published somewhere by the copyright holder.

All the icons are from https://www.iconfont.cn/user/detail?spm=a313x.7781069.1998910419.d78986de3&uid=6856114&nid=6fznOUHG5e4q, the author name in English is "Alibaba Cloud Design Center". But I didn't find any clear Copyright and License from that page. We are using the Alibaba Cloud right now and our enterprise VIP customer service told us that we can download the icons from there and use them for free.
