Wavedrom compatibility

Our members often use Wavedrom for basic timing charts. They currently export charts as images, add the image to draw.io and then add explanations. This would be more efficient if they could use the Wavedrom description in draw.io directly, like PlantUML and Mermaid via the Arrange/Insert/Advanced menu.

This VSCode extension enables Wavedrom, but it does not work in the Confluence integration, so its use is limited.
