support for arcing connectors in CSV templates

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. CSV templates do not allow the creation of curved connectors with a specific arc

Describe the solution you'd like I would either like the option to specify the angle of the arc of the curve (as a + or -), or alternately and less ideally, I'd like connectors to have one waypoint with the x and y specified in relation to the origin of the connector. Perhaps with a default value.

Describe alternatives you've considered The only alternative I know of is to manually drag the connectors once created, which is unfortunately unfeasable when I'm looking to automate the creation of hundreds on network diagrams
