Language setting does not saved in Chrome 93

Describe the bug After I have change the language to 简体中文(Chinese-simplified) in the menu, it say "刷新网页后生效"(I think it means "Refresh the page to apply change"), so I refresh the page and the language roll back to default English.

To Reproduce Change language to 简体中文(Chinese-simplified) in the Prefrence menu and refresh the page.

Expected behavior Language changed to 简体中文(Chinese-simplified)

draw.io version (In the Help->About menu of the draw.io editor):
