Allow custom library permissions to be set for group(s)

„We use Draw.io to create mockups for our Clients. We do have multiple Clients and Projects dealt with by different groups of people. We have projects that use licensed icon libraries and projects that require to only be seen by people that signed the according NDA. If we can’t restrict reading rights to Draw.io libraries we risk, that the licensed icon libraries are used in projects not allowed to use them and projects requiring an NDA can’t use libraries at all.“
