Describe the bug In mindmaps, the expand/collapse buttons overlap and hide the first letter of the node labels.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make a mindmap
2. Adjust the node widths to minimum to match the length of the text label
3. Observe that the first letter of the text is hidden by the [+] or [-] button

Expected behavior The [+] or [-] button should not overlap on the text. Or provide a way to hide these buttons. (They are not needed all the time!) In fact, they are not at all needed in nodes that have no child nodes!
