Shape replace does not work with BPMN 2.0 shapes

Describe the bug I do not get the shape replace icon when I attempt to move a new Task shape over an existing Task shape when using BPMN 2.0 shapes. With other shape types, the icon sometimes appears but not consistently.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create a flow diagram using BPMN 2.0 shapes
- Select a new Task shape from the library and move it to hover it over an existing Task shape in the diagram
- You should expect to receive the replace icon but it does not appear
Expected behavior When I hover a new BPMN 2.0 shape over an existing BPMN 2.0 shape of the same shape type, I should receive a replace icon to replace the existing shape and the new shape should replace the existing shape in the diagram.
