Dark mode UI bug in add plugin screen

Describe the bug When dark mode is enabled, there is a UI in the add plugin dropdown as you can see in the attached recording. When clicking the dropdown, the choices appear normally, but once you hover on anything other than the dropdown the options turn white, but if you very quickly move the mouse from the dropdown to the options the issue doesn't happen.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Extras > Appearance, Select Dark mode
2. Go to Extras > Plugins
3. Click Add
4. Click the built-in plugins dropdown
5. Move the mouse outside the dropdown
6. Observe that the dropdown options don't follow the dark mode theme.

Expected behavior The dropdown options should follow the theme of the site independently the hover of the mouse
