Allow copying of items from read-only file

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In draw.io v23, it was possible to copy items from a read-only file. In v24 and beyond, selecting and copying objects is disabled and only "Copy as Image" is possible. Our workflow was to copy items from a file that contained standardized elements and paste them into a read/write working file in another draw.io window.
Describe the solution you'd like Allow items in read-only documents to be selected and copied to the clipboard. (I understand that editing a read-only file is not allowed and agree that it should not be allowed. I am only requesting the ability to Copy items.)
Describe alternatives you've considered I tried creating a Library, but this appears to be intended for shapes. My read-only sheet contains grouped/compound items which I don't believe can be represented as a shape.
