To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Version: 20.8.16

Version: 21.2.8

20.8.16 is ok，and 21.2.1 、 21.2.8 has bug

The functions in the 20.8.16 version are correct, but there are bugs in the 21.2.1 and 21.2.8 versions. When using the keyboard and mouse to add icons, there is no response same proble with alt|alt+ctrl|alt+shift + left click
