drawio-desktop Include Keyboard Shortcuts diagram for offline viewing

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If I click "Help > Keyboard Shortcuts" while offline, I am taken to a webpage which doesn't load.

Describe the solution you'd like Include the diagram with the desktop app so it can open right in electron.

Describe alternatives you've considered Saving the diagram on my disk while online to open later. Works if I am prepared in advanced, but I don't consider this a good user experience.
