Unable to reorder tab pages on linux app

Describe the bug I'm working on a diagram with multiple tab pages, but am unable to reorder them. I believe that reordering is intended functionality that used to work on linux, and I confirmed with colleagues that it works correctly on windows.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new diagram
2. Create one or more new tab pages
3. Use the most to move a tab page to a new location
4. See that the tab page will not be moved

Expected behavior Moving the tab pages with the mouse to a new location should reorder the tab.
