List jumbled

This list looks rather jumbled. 11693-3 Perhaps use a hierarchical nested menu...

It would be nice when the order can be changed by the user.

@martinstingl the list's order can be changed in the configuration page by dragging the icon at the beginning of each line.

For logical orders you need sorting rules. For instance categories (Editors, Validators, Niche, Generic...) and inside categories Alphabetical order?
