Add bug reporting link within the app

Inside the (chrome) app itself there is no link to https://github.com/jgpacker/osm-smart-menu/issues for reporting bugs.

I already show a link to Github when an error is detected https://github.com/jgpacker/osm-smart-menu/blob/dc537b738dc07a88e5536fdfd1645a26cce006db/addon/_locales/en/messages.json#L47

I'm linking to the README page because it says I can also receive bug reports by OSM's direct messages (but GitHub issues are preferred 👍 ).

How should I complement this?

I see. I have to trigger an error (e.g., run app when writing this GitHub issue) before the link is revealed.

Well all I know is left or right clicking on your icon in the tool bar should have a Help item. And within that Help item there should be a link to https://github.com/jgpacker/osm-smart-menu (/issues optional.)
