How do I change the logo?

Modifying the static/img/logo.png file is not working.

May be a file size problem ?

From the README: The logo picture can be changed by copying a new PNG file to static/img/logo.png. The default logo is 138x155 pixels.

Have you tried resetting the browser cache and/or restarting the server? I think that solved the issue for me.
