Ability to override default Pandoc options

Instead of hard-wiring in defaultParserState, allow the config file to
specify options, e.g. smart mode and tab stops.

I'd like an additional level of customization: set Pandoc options via Gitit page metadata entries. Would override the config settings, which would override the defaults.

Hi, I also want to customize the pandoc options as well as the pandoc templates used, especially template.latex. Is there currently no way to do it?
