'stdlib.h' file not found, an Mac OS Catalina 10.15

Yeah so everything broke when updating to the Catalina version. Any news about this?

I'm sorry to hear that! 😦

I don't have any news, unfortunately. I haven't touched this code in several years, and am not currently in a place to devote time to debugging (I'm not a C++ dev., so debugging this is a slow process for me).

With that said, if you, or anyone else reading this, gathers some info. and opens a Pull Request, I'd gladly welcome that! In the meantime, I'm sorry not to be able to offer something more concrete towards resolving this issue you brought up.
