Add Support for Adding New Papis Entries in Neovim

Hello,

Thanks for this plugin, this is super great and helpful. For my workflow, it would be helpful to be able to add entries to papis while writing as I tend to write as I research. Your README says that it is a planned feature. I am working on implementing this on my fork. Wanted to put this on your radar in case anyone wants to have a look and comment on the implementation. I am relatively new to Lua programming so I am very much open to critique.
