Audio Crackling

I have an issue where audio crackling randomly appears and disappears during a stream. This usually occurs every couple of minute during long streams. It seems like whatever happens fixes itself, but comes back every once in a while. The audio crackling sounds kind of like what happens when you turn a record on before the music starts playing. Just a bit of popping, but the underlying audio still comes through fine.
