send stream through nsoutputstream to another device

Just asking a question here... I want to send the video to another iOS device, best way through multipeer with nsoutputstream. Is this possible with videocore? Can it be done and if Yes where should I start?

install a rtmp server on one iOS device? maybe this is a way to solve your problem
