Allow apostrophe after emphasis

Currently if you follow some emphasised text with an apostrophe it breaks the formatting e.g. _Chinatown_'s. We need to be able to have a film title in italics, and then 's in regular text, otherwise the 's becomes part of the title: https://english.stackexchange.com/a/108372/61684. Thanks.
