Adjustable, Configurable Request Timeout.

I was hoping you could implement a configuration so that I could setup a custom timeout for the request, I am trying to download OFX with a big time gap from last synced and its going to take a long while for the request to finish and I would like to specify a timeout for such requests.

It is good idea. I always get 'Request Timed Out' because have bad connection.
