Hierarchical Priors for Abundances

Hi Professor Young,

I've started to implement the hierarchical priors as you were describing them to me and it seems to run but the sampling process is slower and it looks like the chains still aren't converging. Do you mind checking if I've implemented it correctly?

The code looks good AFAIK, so probably the issue has to do with the model specification still. At this point, I would try to improve convergence by adding stronger priors on some of the parameters.
