CurrentPosition jumps on Android

CurrentPosition sometimes jumps on Android.. This is not an issue that is caused by this library: https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/36907697?pli=1

Since this library implements all interfaces for, play, pause, stop and seek, it would be possible to track CurrentPosition without using the property returned by MediaPlayer.
