Add option to disable Summary output

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The Action is configured to always generate a Workflow Summary. This can be problematic when the user wants to create their own Summary as part of a separate process.

Describe the solution you'd like to see

It would be nice to have the option to disable generating a Workflow Summary, so the user can provide their own or none at all.

Describe alternatives you've considered

There are no alternatives other than configuring the JFrog CLI in your workflow manually.
