explode to download artifact and extract it but it does not preserve file permissions

explode to download artifact and extract it but it does not preserve file permissions. Is there an option to preserve the file permission that i'm not setting? Using AQL file spec to download the artifact.

@ArthiIreddy, This is indeed a limitation we currently have. We'll need to find a technical solution for this.
