Support JFrog CLI integration with RPM clients

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Like other integration that's already being supported here (jf docker, jf pip, jf nuget...etc), support package managers integration for RPM clients, specifically with with yum, dnf and microdnf.

Describe the solution you'd like to see Support for RPM JFrog CLI integration, e.g. jf yum, jf dnf, and jf microdnf.
