jjfrog rt build-promote fails when multiple builds with same name and number have been uploaded

I have already seen this issue(https://github.com/jfrog/jfrog-cli/issues/362)raised previously . And there was also a JIRA ticket(https://jfrog.atlassian.net/browse/RTFACT-19143) raised in this regard and closed . But I am unable to exactly get the final information on this.

Thus raising this issue.

My case is , I have many builds with the same build number . Is there any way to promote all the build number inside the build or atleast the latest one.
