Support publishing go modules version 1.21 from image jfrog/jfrog-cli-full-v2-jf

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The jfrog/jfrog-cli-full-v2-jf image is packaged with golang 1.20 and does not support publishing go modules versioned with 1.21 that contain the new toolchain directive.

Describe alternatives you've considered Building a derived image of the full image (jfrog/jfrog-cli-full-v2-jf) and bumping the golang version.
