exclude-test-deps flag in auditing Gradle projects is not working

Describe the bug

Following PR #719, it seems like the --exclude-test-deps flag is not working anymore. It looks like this flag's value is read, but not used.

Current behavior

The flag does nothing.

The flag should work according to its description in the documentation:

--exclude-test-deps: [Default: false] [Gradle] Set to true if you'd like to exclude Gradle test dependencies from Xray scanning.
