Please provide a way to use jfrog CLI in custom build scripts (e.g. Powershell)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Cannot execute jfrog CLI (e.g. docker push) from custom build scripts without duplicating the secrets in the pipeline variables.

Describe the solution you'd like to see I want to have a "Artifactory Authenticate" task which persists authentication in the pipeline in order to use the jfrog CLI without having to duplicate the credentials in the build pipeline variables.
