Add support for BitBucket Cloud to Frogbot

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Customer is thinking on moving its on prem instance to a clould one, their VCS is BitBucket Cloud, and they are interested in the capabilities of FrogBot but currently their VCS is not supported.
