The nginx docker image used by the artifactory helm chart should include the NGINX Native OpenTelemetry (OTel) Module.

NGINX has a released a native open telemetry module that supports W3C trace context propagation and OpenTelemetry Protocol (OTLP)/gRPC trace exports.

Having this module included in the NGINX image will enable users to propagate and trace contexts all the way from the clients to artifactory components.
