[artifactory] NFS configs aren't right

The whole set of configs for NFS are wrong in the artifactory chart.

• systemYaml the [artifactory-ha] chart was updated to add the node section in ha setups, but the [artifactory] chart ignores those (making it necessary to override systemYaml
• There is no entry in the binarystore.xml that matches filesystem type nfs
• No way to use 'hostpath' instead of 'pvc'
