How to integrate jfrog artifactory in custom plugin and use it in a multiple module project

How can we help?

We have created our own plugin in buildSrc (build-logic for newer projects). I need some guidance how to integrate jfrog artifactory in our custom plugin so that it is configured to use it in our multiple module project. Any help is highly appreciated.
