Race condition with RPM metadata

When trying to push an rpm package using the java artifactory client, and adding 'X-uploaded-by=username', some of the RPMs are missing it, and it just contains RPM metadata properties. This appears to be sort of a race condition when updating the rpm properties, it might remove existing properties.
