Shopify is not accepting payments for developer guide

Same problem and it's been happening for months now for me. I get the impression it's not available anymore.

For reference, the old developers forum FAQ links to the parent company's JFreeChart Developer Guide order page, which leads to Shopify. Can you amplify on the problem you encounter?

Thank you; this may help David get the problem sorted. Alternatively, I see that the Demos section mentions sponsorship and a one-time contribution offers access for a comparable amount.

@trashgod I would consider sponsoring the project as an alternative way to access the developer guide. However, based on the lack of responsiveness to this ticket, I'm concerned that any technical issues I might run into (i.e. failing to get access to the developer guide after making a donation) would not be resolved in a timely manner.

Here's my thoughts on the guide. I'm not aware that its purchase affords of any level of support.

@trashgod I wasn't referring to support - I meant that, if I donate $50 to the project, I want to make sure that I am able to actually access the guide after making the donation. If I donate money and can't access the guide for some reason (e.g. some technical glitch), I'm not convinced I'll be able to get a timely resolution on the issue.

It's a little frustrating that I (and apparently others) are ready to spend money on the guide but are unable to actually do so.
