Hi, We are unable to install Scratch Jr on Windows 10 Enterprise edition, Here is the Windows 10 Enterprise Edition Specification Device Name : Acer OneS1002 Processor : Intel® Atom™ CPU Z3735F 1.33GHz Memory : 2GB

Hmm. I haven't seen this before, but some have said that if you have the exe in the same folder twice it can potentially cause an issue?

Can you try downloading again into a clean install location? https://github.com/Squirrel/Squirrel.Windows/issues/918#issuecomment-273167408
