Add many spites -> scrollbar not working

When adding multiple sprites on one page a scrollbar appears in het sprite list. But that bar doesn't work, so it isn't possible to scroll up and edit the first added sprites.

Workaround: after adding too many sprites, press the home-button and reopen the project. After that the scrollbar still doesn't work, but you can scroll with the up- and down-keys.

Can you comment whether this was windows or mac? Was the app fullscreened?

I saw the scrollbar working with a student the other day.

This was on Windows. Not sure if the app was fullscreened (it's been 3 months ago when I've noticed this and since then I didn't use the app myself).

I confirm that this bug occurs on Windows 10. I had it with the window maximized, but I'm not sure this is the cause. By following @sdmeijer workaround to reopen project, I managed to circumvent it. But this workaround is not obvious for children. @jfo8000, thank you very much for this project! Its's much nicer to use ScratchJr on a big screen of a laptop.

Just adding that this bug also applies on the Mac version.
