Split Window Dividor Disappears When Window Inactive

A minor bug:

When you are coding with a split window and click away from Fraise, the split window dividor disappears. The window appears as a single document.

When you make Fraise active again, there's a small delay as the program re-renders the dividor.

Quite minor, but a little annoying and hopefully an easy fix.

Bug not present with vertical split window but with horizontal one.

Huh. I didn't even know there was a vertical split option. Had to consult the Help to work out how to do this. Thanks for the heads up!

Actually, it disappears in vertical mode too, but it's less obvious because the scroll bars and line numbers remain to demarcate the window border.
