Update Banner for Project Repository

I amlooking to refresh the banner of our project repository to better reflect the project's identity and values. The current banner has served us well, but we believe it's time for a change to keep things fresh and engaging.

Okay, I will assign it to you. Actually I don't have any idea on what the banner should look like, I just want the banner to make it pleasing to the eye and simple. Also the design should include the project name and the description, thats all.
