i have added a path to learn html if it is fine i will go ahead and add about css and js i also have many projects on them

Hello @hidden-profile, I afraid that I cant merged your pr (specifically the md file you added), I actually I don't need a html.md, you could check CONTRIBUTING.md instead, it will help you on how can you add a resource on the project.

You can add instead these resources into Web Development:

just make sure that those links are not duplicate or not yet present in the proejct, if you have any question or help then feel free to ask me so I can help you merged your pr, thank you!
