autoversion the logo directory

The logos used on the scoreboard headers in video streaming mode are relative URLs in the CSS file. This means they are not autoversioned and get cached, which is inconvient. Investigate if the location of the logos can be injected - currently only the file names are stripped of their autoversion tag, might need to do this to directories along the way.
