Proton VPN also affected but I'm not sure I have D2D. The rom has v15-5.2 shipped and the symptoms are exactly the same, however, I don't see any D2D settings...

@aymanbagabas added as `POP_PLAINTEXT`as, strictly speaking, it doesn't have anything to do with SMTP (as in the protocol)
also, any chance of a release with this feat ?
The reason I did not implement this for Resend is that, tbh, I did not really understand the code. I can take look but that will take more time.
@aymanbagabas tried in e1e08d40a04a89812e8c90137aa213aec11ee9c9 but I have absolutely no idea if this will work :man_shrugging: I don't really understand the `unsafe` condition or how `resend.SendEmailRequest` works. Assuming it just ignores...
I can confirm that on Linux/Wayland notifications come through but the button doesn't do anything apparent.
