Support for Steam Controller

My Steam Controller works flawlessly with my Steam Deck, but it doesn't show up in Controller Tools, it's connected via Bluetooth.

Valve devices are explicitly disabled https://github.com/alphamercury/ControllerTools/blob/0e9b5ceaeb87142fc352d7ebb0fd31eb30d54ed5/backend/src/api/generic.rs#L14-L15

Not a big deal since their battery data won't be accurate anyway (there is no way of accurately measuring the charge of a battery without knowing which type it is) and even Valve themselves removed the SC charge indicator in Big Picture mode long ago.
