fix cudnn on my nvidia 1070

I don't know if you want this: it fixes the cudnn problems on my 1070, but uses a random cudnn binary...

I've successfully used this branch to label windows with this container https://hub.docker.com/r/twak/segnet-facade/

Nothing else has let segnet-facade run on my hardware!
