Previously saved cookies are not removed when later someone denies them

• use Chrome DevTools, and watch the Cookies
• load page with no first party or third party cookie where cookiesjsr is installed
• accept cookies
• edit your consent, so now deny all cookies

Expected:

• the cookies are removed from the now disabled categories

Actual:

• all cookie remains in the browser
