Feature Request - Allow 2 forwarders (support 3 machines)

Hello,

Great project, it works very well, especially in corporate environments/devices that do not allow network traffic flows (e.g. mouse without boarders or Logitech style).

I understand this uses serial communication to talk from the screen hopper device to a single forwarder, which works great for just 2 devices. Is it possible to extend this to have 2 forwarders, so it can work across 3 devices ? Would it just be a matter of introducing a new pi pico and 6n137 from the hopper (main) pico (using different pins, and software changes to understand there is screens to the left and right of the primary)

I am designing a PCB, happy to openly share the plans for it if you want them (currently I am using it via a breadboard)

I am happy to do the software side, but the hardware side I have no idea about and would need to spend a load of time researching.
